ABOUT
Anthony is a London born lyric tenor with a passion for the stage.
In 2021, he debuted to much critical acclaim as Edgar in King Lear at The Grange Festival starring Sir John Tomlinson in the title role and Sir Thomas Allen as Gloucester. Following this, he debuted at The Edinburgh International Festival as the Soldier in Stravinsky's A Soldier's Tale with Sir Thomas Allen as Narrator, Siobhan Redmond as Devil and Nicola Benedetti as solo violinist.
In 2022, highlights included Tamino in Magic Flute for Oxford Opera, Roderigo in Grange Park Opera's production of Otello and launched his own company in Hastings - Prologue Opera.
In 2023 and 2024, Anthony concentrated on producing work - successful multi-venue tours of La Cenerentola and La traviata for Barefoot Opera and continuing his own company Prologue Opera by performing in and producing his new show - Becoming Tosca. Anthony looks forward to his debut at The Crucible Theatre in November as Theseus in Jonathan Dove's opera Monster in the Maze.
